Your pleasure is my pleasure. I want to make sure you have a delicious and meaningful wine experience. I realize this can be a risky bet to try these wines. If you need a guarantee that you'll like the wine, please please don't order. I am serving wine enthusiasts who enjoy exploring artisanal wines from small family vineyards across Italy. By refunding you for a bottle you didn't like, you'd be taking a bottle away from someone who would appreciate the wine because these special wines are made in limited quantities.
But in the rare event you're not satisfied for any reason, please do the following before contacting me:
1. Store the wine in a cool dry place upon arrival of your wine; 58 to 60 degrees F is optimum
2. Decant the Amarone at least 3 hours before serving; 1 hour before serving the other wines
3. Watch the free videos. I will quiz you on them :-)
Please keep in mind that these wines are in the Top 1% of all wines in the world rated on Vivino. The Ugolini family has a 4.8 rating on Google and a 5 Star Rating on Trip Advisor. And they’ve won gold medals at the major wine competitions in Europe. Their reputation is impeccable.
If after all that, you have an issue with the wine you can send your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org or call Laurie at 212-689-4855 and we'll resolve the problem.
Less than 1% of corks are defective. If you receive a corked bottle we'll give you a refund or store credit after a cork inspection. You must have the cork in question so you can mail it to the shop.
